정부기관이 만든 앱이 아닙니다
등산가자는 개인이 만든 앱입니다. 산림청·국립공원공단을 비롯한 어떤 정부기관과도 관련이 없고, 정부의 승인을 받지도 않았습니다. 앱이 보여주는 산 정보와 산불조심기간은 정부가 공개한 공공데이터를 앱이 정리한 것이며 공식 발표가 아닙니다. 실제 안내는 아래 원본에서 확인하세요.

1. 수집하는 개인정보

없습니다. 이름·연락처·이메일·위치·기기식별자 등 어떤 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 계정 기능이 없어 가입·로그인 절차 자체가 존재하지 않습니다.

2. 기기에만 저장되는 것

• 찜한 산 목록 — 다시 찾아보기 위한 것입니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.
• 오늘 열어본 산 수(해외판) — 하루 열람 한도 계산에 씁니다. 매일 자정에 초기화됩니다.

다녀온 산 기록(날짜·메모·사진)도 기기에만 남습니다. 사진은 갤러리에서 고른 것을 앱 폴더로 복사해 둘 뿐입니다.

위 항목 모두 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않습니다. 서버에 저장되지 않으며 저희가 열람할 수 없습니다.

3. 앱이 외부에 보내는 요청

• OpenStreetMap — 위치 미리보기 지도의 타일을 받습니다.
• 위키미디어 커먼즈 — 산 사진을 받습니다.
• 개발자 사이트 — 최소 지원 버전 확인을 위해 설치된 앱 버전만 보냅니다.

어느 요청에도 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 값은 포함되지 않습니다. 각 서비스는 요청을 처리하는 과정에서 통신에 필요한 접속 정보(IP 등)를 자체 정책에 따라 처리할 수 있습니다.

4. 광고

한국어 환경에서는 화면 하단 배너와, 사용자가 직접 선택해서 보는 보상형 동영상 광고가 표시됩니다. 광고는 Unity LevelPlay 미디에이션을 통해 제공되며, 광고 제공사는 맞춤 광고와 빈도 조절을 위해 기기의 광고 식별자(Android 광고 ID, iOS IDFA)와 대략적인 접속 정보를 이용할 수 있습니다.

광고 식별자는 저희가 수집하거나 보관하지 않으며, 앱이 저장한 내용(찜 목록 등)은 광고사에 전달되지 않습니다.

• Android — 설정 > Google > 광고 에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
• iOS — 앱 최초 실행 시 추적 허용 여부를 묻습니다. 거부해도 앱은 그대로 동작하며, 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적 에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.

영어 등 한국어 이외 환경에서는 배너 광고를 표시하지 않습니다. 하루 열람 한도를 늘리기 위해 사용자가 스스로 선택한 경우에만 보상형 광고가 재생됩니다.

5. 제3자 제공·위탁

위 광고 제공사 외에 개인정보를 제공하거나 처리를 위탁하는 곳은 없습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

기기에 저장된 내용은 앱을 삭제하면 전부 지워집니다. 별도의 삭제 요청 절차가 필요하지 않습니다.

7. 아동

만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 변경 고지

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 갱신합니다.

1. Personal data we collect

None. We collect no name, contact details, email, location, or device identifier. The app has no accounts, so there is no sign-up or sign-in at all.

2. Stored on your device only

• Your saved mountains — so you can find them again. Deleting the app removes them.
• How many mountains you opened today — used for the daily viewing limit. It resets at midnight.

Neither leaves the device. Nothing is stored on a server and we cannot read it.

3. Requests the app makes

• OpenStreetMap — map tiles for the location preview.
• Wikimedia Commons — mountain photos.
• Developer site — sends only the installed app version, to check the minimum supported version.

None of these carry anything that identifies you. Each service may process connection data (such as IP addresses) under its own policy in order to serve the request.

4. Advertising

Outside the Korean-language experience there are no banner ads. A rewarded video plays only when you choose to watch one to raise your daily viewing limit. In the Korean-language experience a bottom banner is also shown.

Ads are served through Unity LevelPlay mediation. Ad providers may use your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID, iOS IDFA) and coarse connection data for personalisation and frequency capping. We neither collect nor store that identifier, and nothing the app saves (your saved mountains and so on) is passed to advertisers.

• Android — Settings > Google > Ads lets you delete the advertising ID or opt out of personalisation.
• iOS — the app asks for tracking permission on first launch. Declining changes nothing about how the app works, and you can change it any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

5. Sharing

Apart from the ad providers above, no personal data is shared with or processed by third parties.

6. Your rights

Deleting the app removes everything stored on the device. No separate deletion request is needed.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, this page is updated together with a new effective date.
